I want to make a submit form with Name : Phone number : Debt amount : Best time to reach you, and I want to the information to be emailed directly to me, is there any easy way to do this?

Does emailmeform provide an option for users to attach image files?

**sorry, just dug that up myself. the service does allow free file uploads***

If you want to make it yourself, you'll first have to learn how to make HTML/PHP forms, which is pretty easy.

The hard part is using CSS to make it pretty and align everything.

Or, of course, you could use one of those tools to generate a form for you. But where's the fun in that?

I thought making it pretty and using css is the easy part? I'm sure doing validations, emailing and sending forms are harder. Anyway, it doesn't matter because you can probably get both for free and easily with stuffs already available out there.
