Trying to get to $200.00/day

I want to try and get $200.00/day with minimal work in about a month (minimal in a month. Right now I'm doing quite a bit). I think it's realistic, but this will keep me on track. Probably. Anyways, I used to stalk this forum some years back and now I'm posting here because I think these threads are great. Also because hopefully it'll help/inspire someone. So first, a little about me, then on to my journey!

I'm f****** lazy. I just want to make money. That's why in the past I just read: too lazy to actually try. Now I'm still lazy, but just not as lazy, though I still expect to see instant results. OK, good, now:

DAY 1:
Expenses: $17.95
Earnings: $19.36
Profit: $1.41


Today I actually started this venture. The expenses came from my domain/hosting, which is all I've bought so far and already made back. I'm using a tactic that's really a spin of a lot of things here. I'm using affiliate marketing at the moment but when it starts taking off, I'm going to try something else along with it. So today was a lot of setup. I actually started at night: I bought my domain and hosting, uploaded a site, and got all my tools to track clicks, create content, etc, and started to share my link. I then went to bed.

In the morning, without any SEO work at all (which is why I have high hopes), I saw I made a sale and a profit. I guess that's what you call "overnight results". All throughout the day, I've also witnessed organic traffic coming in. One product in particular seems to produce the highest clicks, but in one day, I've gotten 13 clicks and a sale, so I'm pretty happy.

The reason I think $200.00/day is reasonable for this noob is because I've seen profit without my site being ranked conveniently anywhere. So that's good. Anyways, I hope this becomes awesome and a fun read for people. And I don't know how good I'm doing, but if I am, I guess I can share some tips. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll have made enough money to start purchasing some other tools to help me reach my goals.

Well that's really good for your first day. Don't be discouraged if you're not able to recreate the success as easily. (Not saying you won't)

Where did you get the traffic?

Laziness won't help you get anywhere. Are you monetizing your traffic with clickbank products?

Thanks guys! I'm pretty confident in this. I mean, these first couple weeks will take some time but I feel it'll work out soon enough. I also think Sunday might be a kinda slow day too, but maybe I just got lucky. I don't know.

All the traffic was just from basically conversations. A lot actually came from a single person that unvoluntary helped me promote it ^_^. But I do notice nighttime it picks up a bit so I'm going to do some more tonight and hopefully wake up to another sale or two.

Yeah it's CB right now (might've seen my post there 'cause even I was surprised!).

DAY 2:
Expenses: $17.95

Today I got a lot of clicks, and even had a bunch of people go to order items . . . but no one pulled the trigger (unless CB is screwing with me). I started my YouTube and getting YouTube views. I actually had some repeat visitors to my site as well. And switched it up a bit so the landing page is different. But I still didn't make anything. I'm going to continue tonight because I know this first week will be a lot of just setting up my stuff, but I'm not going to buy anything more (ie YouTube views) unless I have the money.

DAY 3:
Profit Per Day: $0.47

Today I updated my site a bit. I'm viewing where people are going which is good. It lets me know what products are attracting people. Unfortunately, again nobody is pulling the trigger. About 1/3 of my hops go to the order form, but only 10% have bought the item. I also realized I need to jump on SEOing it because it needs to be almost on autopilot in a month. So that's what I'm currently doing, as well as using some free sites to slightly bump my social media while I wait for money to start coming in so I can purchase some more things to help this all run smoother. I'm not gonna give up on that goal though. I know it's possible and I know I can do it, and plus it'll allow me, once I reach it, to focus on what I enjoy doing.

And as you know, I'm lazy as hell. So everything I do doesn't take much time at all. I do it between other things during the 60 seconds in between.

DAY 4:
PPD: $0.35

Today I didn't get a lot of clicks. I worked on some other things I had to do. But this is a prime example of my laziness. This week I gotta make it basically auto run itself, and I'm thinking that in order to do that, I need to boost my social media presence by spending some dough . . . Which I didn't want to do but it might be worth it. Anyways, now I'm ranked in Google, I got number one for my chosen keyword, but I need to rank more of my stuff on page one too. Besides my YouTube account.

I also decided to try incorporating the adult niche as well, since that sells. But I think I made a mistake with who I chose as my affiliate . . . oh well. I'm hoping that'll bring in a lot of money soon too.

EDIT: Also got a serp too (after a day of SEO). Then my site when down. Wow.

DAY 5:
PPD: $0.28

I literally did nothing on my site all day. I'm trying to let it all happen organically, but I might start bringing in CL traffic too just for a bit. Advertising the site is just too much work for this lazy guy. I'm also going to look into other ways to do online stuff while it naturally builds itself up. Like PPC or something so I can fund the social media stuff.

DAY 7:
PPD: $0.20

Not necessarily on track with where I want to go but I've been busy lately with a real job. I am happy though that I AM getting clicks despite no more advertising/spamming of my site, which I'm happy with. I still haven't hit my peak of like 11 at the beginning, but I am getting traffic with no help. So I figure 1-2 posts a day, a little SEO, a small bit of advertising each day, and it'll start going on its own. I mean, 4 hops today and I've literally done NOTHING with it. So for a week, not nearly near my goal, but it still looks good.

EDIT: I know I missed a day. I was not here so I didn't update. Obviously.

Thanks. Now even more motivation to get this successful, as I already put a hold on all personal expenditures until this starts looking like reality. On a side note, my adult link is getting clicks, but I don't see anyone actually going to the adult page. Maybe it's bots? So maybe I can make a hidden page with a bunch of ppc links and see what happens as a little test.

DAY 8:
PPD: $0.18

This weekend I haven't done much, I know. But tomorrow I plan on working on this. But today wasn't all bad- I offered more incentives to give me your email address so I can grow a mailing list. It also offers incentives to share my site with others. I'm hoping tomorrow my traffic will see this and start spreading the site for me, growing my list and my views.

DAY 9:
PPD: $0.16


Today I decided to try that "get a hot girl facebook page and convert all your friends into fans" deal. So I worked on that, and realized instead of trying to act like a real person, next time I'm just going to be one of those "naked girl" sites instead. That way I don't have to pretend to talk to pervs. But I'm posting early because I don't think I'm going to sell anything today.

But good thing, if I make those profiles I can easily spread my adult links

EDIT: I'm also going to create one of those adult pages too. Figure I can get a lot of adult affiliate sales if a lot of people are fans, and also can use the fanbase to create a mailing list for my main sales site that isn't adult oriented.

DAY 10:
PPD: $0.14

Today I didn't do any advertising whatsoever as I've been working on my Facebook profile/page. My profile is getting attention now, so my plan is to just add people and slowly fade into the abyss so they forget me and don't question when I turn it into a page. I've also been working on my fan page, and getting clicks on my adult links (not as many as I'd like though).

Though I got a lot of HOPS (for me) today, so it looks like it's at the infant stages of going "viral". No buys, but first I gotta get people to click, then I get them to go to the order form, then I get them to buy. And if anyone has a way to gain Twitter followers, that'd be cool too . . .

Stay stronger for your plan, I can see the earning is start a dropping trends. Hope you can work something out . If you doing facebook try to make a game niche site with invite system I think that would go viral fast but just account get suspend fast .

DAY 11:
PPD: $0.13

Today I got a TON of friends on Facebook and my fan page is growing. I'm gonna see how well my friends and fans coincide to see when to convert my profile to a page. Both are getting popular though. Getting a couple clicks for my CB but that's it too. So a lot of growing these first two weeks. Not what I planned but whatever. I have exactly one week now to get this growing :O

DAY 12:
PPD: $0.12

Honestly, I had a super lazy day as school starts soon . . . but I turned my personal page into a facebook fan page to see if I could, and I did, so now I'm transferring it (or trying to) to my adult page instead. And use that to gain adult clicks while my real page grows organically (or however I'm going to grow it . . . )

I'm not someone to judge you pal, but, what's your plan basically?

I don't want to sound like an a-hole or sth, but lets get job started man!

Let's get those 14 cents into 14 bucks! Just keep doing whatever you did to get those cents daily until you start seeing real cash!

And, as always, that's just my 2 cents.
