I'm placed in Google for a keyword but it's pointing to the the wrong URL/post. I would rather it go somewhere else... a more specific page targeted for that keyword. I've been backlinking with keyword in anchor text to the page I want it to go to, but no luck. Should I just keep blasting it with more backlinks?

I've ran into this problem a few times and was never able to solve it.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

Well if your wanting the traffic that is coming to that page to go to another page so you can try and convert it to sales/clicks then you could always just edit the page G has listed with something that grabs the surfers attention to click further to your page you want it to go to.

That's what I've been doing... I guess it's not that big of a deal, but I was curious to know if there was someone out there that was able to outrank their own keyword in the SERP.
