if i scrape phone numbers from "website a"does anyone have any other websites to run those phone numbers through to determine if it's a landline or a cell phone?

You could try to send mass SMS if you have the right provider plan. SMS works = mobile.

It can be very easy or more difficult. What's the format of landlines and mobile numbers in the country of the scraped results? Where i live most landlines are a number shorter than mobile numbers and mobile carriers have a distinctive two digit number at the beginning of every phone number, which belongs to them, so usually it's easy to tell a landline from a mobile number. You might not need anything else than Notepad++ and a bit of regex to filter.

i've got bulk software for sms/mms sending.....i just need the numbers to message though

If the format of the numbers is the same, you need to use a phone number validator, which pings the number to get that kind of data, something like this: https://www.phonevalidator.com/phone-number-batch-processing.aspx, obviously it comes with a price tag.
