Trying to Buy Services But Can't Post

Hi all,

I'm trying to buy article writing services from xbox360girl but I can't post in her services thread, and I can't PM her. Tried an email address she gave too, but it didn't work.

Basically I'd like to know why I can't post in that thread. It's in the Buy/Sell Services section, and I've read through every TOS and moderator sticky I could find on posting in that section. So I did try to find the answer myself before posting this.

So maybe someone knows what the problem might be, or maybe someone could be kind enough to get in touch with her for me.

So you're saying it's just that section I can't post in, or more?

And how long does my membership have to be and how many posts would I have before I can post there? (I'm confused because I see members with just as many posts as me posting in that services thread I was trying to post in.)
