Trying to add Paypal to my Google Ads problem?

Hello,

I am trying to add my Paypal account to my Google ads account.
I am getting an error saying "we currently can't set up preapproved payments"
I have used this Paypal on many other platforms already, without a problem.
I've contacted Paypal but they said there's no problem on their side.
I don't know why there would be problem on Google Ads tho?
Any idea?

Correct me if I'm wrong but it could be the card linked to your Paypal is a prepaid card?

Hi, no it's a normal Visa

You would get that error message if the "backend quality" of the PP account is "low". What do I mean by "low" "backend quality" ? When you create a PP account, in the "backend", PP algorithms give a kind of backend quality score to the PP account , based on dozens of factors. If PP algorithms judge any PP account as having that low backend score, then you will get that error message when adding the PP to GAds or any other platform. Try to create a high quality PP account and it should work fine.

Please kindly give some valuable information on how to create a quality PayPal account. I'm running into this issue presently as well.
