Try using Ebay US seller account

Hi everyone,
I'm new and I was selling on eBay and then got banned.
I'm pretty frustrated so I'm looking for a way to get a merchant account.
I'm not in the US.
But I heard that US accounts are harder to ban.I don't know anything about changing information or updating my bank.
I see a bunch of people selling accounts but I don't understand how they work so I'm afraid to touch them.
Hopefully I can find something on here.

Welcome here on bhw! Maybe you just need to use proxy or vpn anti detector

I have prepared proxy and anti-detect browser. But what about the bank? I don't know what to do with it.
If I buy Ebay stealth account in the US, and I don't live in the US.
Is there any acceptable virtual bank instead?

Yeah I'm looking into it.
But most of the information seems to be hidden.
They use it to make ebooks and sell them, I think.
But information like hidemyacc, even though they know it's outdated, they still post it.
It seems a bit difficult to find information.
