Trustworthy VCC Providers to Use with Paypal

Hi. I searched the forums but couldn't find a more appropriate place for my post. Sorry if this isn't the right section.

Paypal is banned in my country (yes I live in a sh##y place). I only use Paypal to make payments two to three times a year. Every time I have to struggle to make this payments.

I have a verified Paypal US account. My problem is that I cannot add my own credit card to it since Paypal doesn't accept credit cards from banned countries. I used to use entropay. It was very convenient but it too stopped working in my country. After that I tried purchasing prepaid VCCs but those are very expensive (wanting 300usd for a 200usd card) and not reliable. I got one and It was loaded with vietnamese currency (VND) and I couldn't make a payment because VND lost value and balance wasn't enough. Another time I couldn't make a payment and the seller stopped answering so my money was wasted.

So can you suggest me a trustworthy VCC provider to use with my Paypal US account? Preferably one that have money back guarantee.

I got my VCC through https://3no.us/cc website. I hope it's ok to give the address here, I tried to send a PM but I could not perhaps because my post count is low.
