I've been looking for such blogs, with nice content, design and fair ads placement, do you guys know anything balanced like that? I know that are several, can be of any subject!

You can use the authority blogs, iif you can check DA with MOZ OSE, any website DA above 70 is worth taking as an example.

Just take the top #3 of every high competition keywords, if they are there they master what they do and you can learn from them.

There are so many blogs that you can use. All you need to do is to Google them and to check their authority. Well, just by looking at their homepage, you can already sense a website's authority. That's not always the case, though.
