Is anyone else having a lot of trouble getting Trustpilot reviews live lately? Last year it was easy, a lot of different sellers from the marketplace were able to get reviews live without much trouble. But every seller I try from marketplace now makes big promises, and then the reviews get flagged and removed by TP!

Has anyone had success hiring someone from marketplace or posting your own TP reviews lately?

That's rough. Got any statement from the sellers on here? Could be that TP changed how it goes over each and every review that gets posted or some such.

I'm not sure what you mean about a statement, but I've tried at least like 5 different sellers from the marketplace and all are having problems getting reviews live consistently. It seems like TP has some new super-powered algorithm updates :/

I personally have no issues, but I know what you are talking about since many people say the same things when they come to me.

The thing is, most sellers charge so little for Trustpilot reviews that they need to cut corners somewhere.

Most Trustpilot review sellers charge less than 1 HQ proxy cost, so no wonder they aren't able to provide a decent service.

Yet you haven't publicly stated this once, who were the sellers? If the service is not what is being advertised then why suck it up?
just checked your history and I haven't seen you complaining not even once.

Yup... It been happening for a while. they are flagging real customer reviews too and reason is very generic.

I'm not sure if it's an issue with any specific sellers, or just due to TrustPilot's algorithm updates. And most of the sellers provided replacement on another platform like SiteJabber or SA or provided me with a refund, so I have no reason to complain. But I do still need a reliable vendor with aged USA accounts who can get TP reviews online consistently. I'd be happy to give your service a shot if you can let me buy a smaller package of 2-3 reviews as a test. If it's reliable and the reviews don't get removed then the price is no issue and I'll probably need 100+ at least over the next few months. Send me a PM?

In Trustpilot, the platform (Trustpilot) ALWAYS provides the opportunity for a Trustpilot business account (claimed account), to flag reviews if any reviews are not based on a genuine experience.
Alright, so now let us assume that a business or a website abcdefg dot com is in reality a scammy (scamming) bussiness that cheats people and let us assume this abcdefg dot com has a (claimed) Trustpilot business account.
So, since abcdefg dot com is a scam and cheating people, there would very obviously be lots of negative reviews which are legit negative reviews, and since the people who have posted their legit negative reviews, have proof of usage or proof of purchase in relation to this abcdefg dot com, hence the Trustpilot business account of this abcdefg dot com, will NOT be able to flag any of these negative reviews, because these negative reviews are based on genuine experience for which the people who have posted their legit reviews DO HAVE proof of usage or proof of purchase in relation to this abcdefg dot com
Therefore, the negaive reviews in Trustpilot for abcdefg dot com will be many and such a Trustpilot business account by default gets triggered as a "sensitve" or "suspicious" Trustpilot business account by the algorithms of Trustpilot and then the algorithms of Trustpilot would then keep removing almost all the positive reviews that get posted in such a Trustpilot business account.

Therefore, if a Trustpilot business account has lots of negative reviews, which the Trustpilot business account owner is unable to flag AND such negative reviews are many, then almost all subsequent postive reviews for such a Trustpilot business account, will by default get removed (removed soon after going live), NO MATTER if they are "high quality" reviews or whatever, because such a Trustpilot business account gets moved into the "suspicious account" bucket of Trustpilot's algorithms.

I am waiting now for anyone to refute the above and I will then prove that the above mentioned fact is 100% true in nature.

Everything you are saying may well be true, and it does seem likely that TP would consider those factors (negative reviews from real customers) in their algorithm... But that being said, this TP profile has only positive reviews on it so far, so that's not what is happening in my specific case.

What a load of BS :D

By your logic, no business could buy any reviews that already have negative reviews as that triggers some algorithm?

I work with 40-50 companies on a daily basis and what you said is just false.

You just place bad reviews and cannot get those reviews up then come here to accuse some algorithm to mess with your business.

Most marketplaces do not update their database
