Anyone have success with boosting TrustPilot reviews lately? Following the classic marketing & support -> customer incentive -> review posted process but open to any new ideas.

Also curious if freelancers are still working well after the Oct and Nov 2025 updates. Not interested in paying for reviews that will get removed based on the latest updates.

Hm I've seen some websites offering incentives to customers for posting a trustpilot review. Makes me wonder how strict their policies are.

Good reviews help with social proof, but quality control and real customer feedback matter more than just ratings.

Lately the most stable results I’ve seen come from tightening the post-purchase flow rather than changing incentives—asking at the right moment and filtering for genuinely satisfied customers before sending the review request. After the recent updates, freelancer-sourced reviews are riskier unless they’re tied to real transactions, so focusing on authentic customer journeys tends to stick much better.

Has anyone had real success improving Trustpilot reviews lately? I’m following the usual legit approach, but curious what’s actually working now.
Also wondering if freelancers are still reliable after the recent updates not looking to pay for reviews that end up getting removed.
What works best is not being an arsehole to the customers and having a real product.

As far circumventing forum rules after it's been banned to advertise, not a nice move. First off, 99% of these people all got their fake reviews nuked anyway and second it's not nice to come to someone's place and peepee on the carpet, let's see what @BassTrackerBoats says to that, I believe everyone got the owners pm about this and it should be honored.
