Enable 'allow_url_fopen'
You must enable 'allow_url_fopen' in php.ini file of php installation for Trustjacker to work

What does this mean, I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated!

You need to contact tech support for you web host to enable allow_url_fopen in php.

You need to edit php.ini file. Better contact your host to do that for you.
