trusted wikipedia contributor to remove from blacklist

Hi guys. I need my domain to be removed from wikipedia blacklist. I tried by myself, but they say this:
Declined We usually do not remove pages from the spam-blacklis after a request by the page-owner. Only requests by trusted contributors are considered.
