Hi, I have rented some proxies from certain providers. The proxies were not functional for an entire month. Some stopped working for 3-7 days. The things i am curious about is all the providers I have encountered, they do not know when the proxies will be fixed or recovered. Why is it like that? Or those proxies belong to someone else?

If the proxy provider cannot fix an issue (excepting when there is not its fault - natural disasters, etc), he don't own that proxy farm and, most of the cases, is just a reseller.

Which kinds of proxies are you wanting? Your proxy provider shouldnt be giving you issues like that

if the product stops working did you contact support
and ask them to refresh the connection ?

Depends on:
1. Proxy Type: some of rotating proxies only last less than 30 minutes. ISP or Static Proxies will last several months or one year.
2. Proxy Quality: determined by the provider. if resolved timely, can change another one.

If they don't know when the proxies will be fixed or recovered, probably they don't own the proxy, maybe they are reseller

They sell proxies with high fraud scores, or even ones with low fraud score but still blocked on some social media sites.

Will it be because multiple accounts share IP resource pools? If multiple users use the same IP address at the same time, the IP may become unstable or blocked.
