Hello Blackhate Hope Everyone Doing Well, My question is last night trust pilot mail that they removed 100+ reviews on my website, I purchased reviews few months ago from a market place seller. I will not name him because he told me that his team working on it.

Is anyone having the same issue as i do?

Not on my end, are the reviews coming in daily like 10x a day since you order?

seller told me that he cant do any this, so anyone who read my post, dont buy trust pilot reviews from anyone, they are not perminent, trust pilot will delet every single review in few days, week or months, my money is wasted

well you can either try to work something out with the seller
move on.
shit list complain on the forum - the choice is yours

I would like to answer this question. For anyone trying to buy reviews in general.

Disclaimer: The OP did not use our services.

There are two main reasons as to why a review may drops.
1. If the account used is bad
2. Trust Pilot updates it's system

But in this case there was a massive Trust pilot update which affected everyone irrespective of methods, quality etc. 99% of people(including me) who gamed the system were penalized.

Now who can be blamed here.

Imo TP changed the algorithm which no one has control over.

Now about your purchase, I genuinely feel bad you lost your money on the dropped reviews.

But my suggestion to anyone who is trying to purchase reviews/accounts must factor the cost of deletion/suspension. As there are updates beyond everyones control like in this case.

Any seller will have a warranty set to a specific period for which he/she must have already factored the cost in their selling price. Likewise any buyer must also factor the cost of drops to keep refilling over a period of time.

There are methods that may not have any drops such as creating a profile and simulating human activity. But at what volume, cost and selling price ;)

This is just my honest 9 cents without beating around the bush. Though it's harsh, but a sad reality.

Regards

Trustpilot are not stupid and sellers are often sloppy I would imagine and leave huge footprints that are easy to follow.

In this case it was a massive update and TP outsmarted 99% of the posters removing almost 1000s review in 4-5 hour window.

A new TP update and it's only going to get tougher to game the system like Yelp, Angi etc

We'll see the sales threads closing possibly where sellers are not able to do the work around I guess.

similar to the Google AdWords(threshold) BSTs. Most of them saw it coming for Trust Pilot

You should buy from a seller who can provide a verified user review.

im looking for someone who can provide me with TP reviews. thank you.
