I just saw a video of a Trump lip sink promoting a crypto project.

How is this done?

They had both the lip sink and the audio to match him completely.

They have a large team behind them to do this. Each group of 1 sentence to find videos of him with similar mouth shapes, then assemble them into 1 video.
