Fans where? On social media?
I guess it doesn't matter really where you are talking about. Get involved with other people in your niche, join groups on social media and start sharing your content.
Create unique and quality content regularly and share it, people will start to notice your content in time and you will start getting some loyal fans.
Interact with other people. Social Media is quite funny, everyone wants a follow, share, like and a comment. If you are handing them out to other people in your niche chances are you will be getting some love back.
It takes a little time to start getting followers, but if you do it the right way they will be worth their weight in gold.
