Troubles before publishing my business page

Hi all
i have a "private" business page made from the old method of creating fake users and adding niche friends before converting it into a business page.
Now i am ready to make it published but my worries are about the "fans".
All the fans are people who liked photos/pages of my business niche and i personally know some of them, but what about if anyone starts saying that he never liked my page?
How can i start this page without any issues?
How can i make a plausible story?

Please help me with few ideas

P.S. the page is about my profession that's why i have to avoid any possible trouble!

Dude, I really wouldn't worry too much. With FB strangling organic reach it's highly unlikely anyone will even see your page's posts.

Even if they did, what sort of douche says they didn't like it? Hell, if they don't want to see your page's posts, all they have to do is unlike your page.

Simple.

Now focus on your bigger issue... getting people to your page.

this is what i was thinking about (5% from 3k fans is a ridiculous amount).
I already have some strategies ready for the page (i admin pages from 12k to 230k organic fans).
