I'm selling earphones i found on a focalprice/DX type website on eBay.
On the website it said the earphones were genuine but i highly doubt this, however in my ebay listing i said they were genuine.
Would i get into any trouble for this law-wise or just banned from ebay??

BTW, i'm not stealthing in anyway the ebay acc is connected straight to me.
