Trouble with YouTube - Account Termination

Hi I don't know if this is the right place, but it is just a general enquiry..

I flagged one of my friends videos because I got mad and I didn't think of the consequences. His account got banned and I am extremely angry at myself.
I watched him build this channel for 3 years and it got 600 subs and 20000 views.
I didnt realise flagging could result in an account ban.
I have the details to my account and I'm sure he could provide his. Is anyone able to undo this or have any contacts within YouTube I could discuss this with? I need proof

I don't think anything can be done, and I also don't think your only flag terminated his account.

Well if there is a answer to this which i doubt i'd be thankful too, since i lost 300 Euro just cause my account got terminated from youtube.

No, there's no way anyone could have their account unbanned. Big sites don't care about users' accounts... Anyway, 600 subs and 20k views isn't really that much, so why not make it up to him by creating a new account, add some subs to it(AddMeFast maybe?) and maybe upload a couple of videos and add HR views to them?
