Trouble with Sendgrid I think, please help?

What does the below graph says to you:

It is the same growing mail list we are using for 10 years, nothing changed, except the fact that after switching to Sendgrid 2 or 3 years ago, the number of e-mail's send is decreaseing dramatically.

If you ask them, they have nothing to say that really helps the situation.

I talk about that it is impossible for us to send e-mails to all our users on the mailing list with SENDGRID! Our system send the list to SENDGRID but it is like the e-mails are not going out to all users, for instant on the graph you can see the last 2 weeks only to 2500 e-mails while it should have been 20,000.

Still no clue what I'm talking about?

Sendgrid automatically blacklists emails that have bounced in the past from sending, go to the activity log and see what's happening.
Either your system is not delivering them to sendgrid, or sendgrid has them blacklisted

I figured it out later and you are right SENDGRID blacklisted tons of e-mails for some reason. With another e-mail service we reached out to the users and 70% responded they didn't marked our mails as SPAM or blocked them. So it is the sendgrid that course troubles.

Trouble with Sendgrid I think, please help?
