mostly social media sites banning the regular ips and instagram need Virgin proxies ( never use before on instagram )
You can Login your IG account on Virgin proxies and continuous use your accounts withing banning

I am able to login IG accounts through those proxies, but I am not able to create IG accounts.

I just checked yesterday.. the problem is with new IG account creation. handling is not problem. I want to create new accounts as well..

I am using it through Firefox. doing everything manually,
I got 3 friends working with me. divided 56 proxies among 4 of us. 16 proxies each.

it's going to be really hard to create accounts with some of the proxies from these providers because people have already done it most likely. your better off just buying accounts from 247accs.com or buyaccs.com in bulk for cheap instead of creating manually
