Trouble confirming E-mail addresses on FB

I have some old FB accounts where the original E-mail used during signup no longer exists. Therefore, I need to add a new E-mail to the account. However, I have been having trouble receiving FB's confirmation E-mail. I have tried different E-mail addresses, different providers (Yahoo, Gmail, AOL), I have turned off my spam filters, changed my Notifications Settings within FB to receive all notifications from FB via E-mail, etc. Nevertheless, after trying all of these things, I am still unable to receive the confirmation E-mail.

Has anyone ever ran into this problem and/or know how to solve it?

I haven't had this exact problem.
I have had a problem lately to where whatever FB account I make with a dedi proxy and a sms verify service, it gets banned, even after successful creation.
Even if I don't use the account also, some days later, it's banned :/

Mostly gmail working bk.ru and most free services are instantly blocked these days by Facebook and google

I had this on one of my personal account
And until i still can't get that confirmation email

I forgot to mention that the account in question is now disabled
