Trouble accessing Keyword Planner

Has anyone else had issues accessing Google keyword planner?

I've had ongoing issues for a few days - it throws the 'we've detected unusual traffic from your network, please enter the captcha' error, but even after entering the captcha correctly, it just loops back another captcha, and keeps doing so infinitely.

I've had this error from both my laptop at home, and my phone from two different hotels in the last 2 days.

You too!? It's been pissing me off lately because even when I answer the CAPTCHA correctly, it just makes me do another CAPTCHA, and what's strange is that it's been giving me this error from devices and networks that I rarely use.

What helps me to get rid of the CAPTCHA and use the Google Keyword Planner is searching for the Keyword Planner in Google and then clicking on the link there. It usually just takes me straight to the tool.

same here lol i thought its only my IP so i keep on restarting my router then suddenly i stop and i use some other keyword tool instead...

Hi guys!

I have the same issue... The way I handle it, is just changing my default browser from chrome to opera or uc browser + changing ip + always clearing cache.

then, I just log in with my user and pass to KP and it's up again...

Well I'm pleased it's not just me, but displeased that you guys are having trouble too.

I have reported it to Google - let's see if they fix it.
The other Keyword Planner bugs that were first reported around August last year still haven't been fixed, so I don't have high hopes for this one.

Having the same issue too, particularly annoying as I'm trying to do keyword research for a new client to a tight deadline. Anyone have any work arounds?

EDIT: Don't know why it works but I pressed backup from the captcha screen a few times and then forward again, I'm now straight through.

I just leave it for a while (maybe 30mins) then come back, and it seems to work ok.
