Trigger CSV Download Event in Google Keyword Planner

Hi lads,

I am looking for a way to trigger the download event for CSV files in Googles Keyword Planner Tool from outside (web application) after performing a search. Do you know a way to get to the request without trying to automate user behavior within the browser?
