Tried F+S on fb ads, disabled

So i advertised a bracelet by promoting a post on one of my page with power editor. Initially i offered 19.95 + free shipping, i let it run for 2-3 days. then i changed it to free + shipping. Less than 24 hours later my account was disabled.
I tried contacting support, they said that it was deceptive. Have any of you guys had luck doing F+S? Was my case an exception because i changed the initial offering?

4 days ago I also tried a free plus shipping offer. My FB ads account got banned within hours of that ad running. I appealed and FB reinstated my ad account.

So I guess free plus shipping is a no-no.

May i ask you how were you able to recover your account? My appeal was responded with "this is final decision",so i haven't tried responding back.
