Tried eating Vegan..

Maybe we should all hide under our beds afraid of dying. After all, a lot of things kill. Be a vegan, get ran over by a train, you are still dead.

Wrong broccoli is the only known solution which kills cancer cells without hurting the good cells. The rest of food is increasing your immunsystem which is also able to fight against cancer depending on its condition.
You should read more books expecially older ones which are 100 years old since cancer was known there too and they healed it.Its a lie that cancer is known first since 1970 which they used to propagad in the 90's .
Another solution is energy. Each cell has its frequency. And you need to hit a special frequency so cells of cancer are going to explode.
Such a machine was first invented in 1930 in france and it was shipped to USA where rothschild bought everything.
It was also a foundation of rothschild who changed the known tripolar medicine (physical, psyhical and soul) into a unipolar medicine (physical) and which made that students from poor families couldn't study medecine anymore.

People are talking much without even knowing the process of todays medecine.

Thats a nonsense post. How can vegan food be healthy without being organic ?Do you think quality food is getting its nutritions, vitamins out of the air or via chemical ?
That most organic food sign's are scams is another topic but these have nothing to do with real organic food.Thats just a scam to sell poor quality food as quality ones to maximise profits

Vrill, is that you again? Tin foil hats at the ready.

Nice to see that there are so many vegans here. There's nothing with being non-veg though as long as you cook it in a healthy way.

100 year old books are definitely a good way to learn medicine. You got me there.
Did you ever read a single one in your entire life ?I doubt so.Its called ignorance when claiming something without even reading about it.

You should open your own cancer cure farm, you would be a fucking millionaire, but you aren't, are you?
Thats exectly your level.
There are already small scientific groups working with it.The issue is they get their licenses removed and even some of the leaders on that topic getting in mysterius accidents.
And about the question if i'm a millionaire the answer is yes but not do a cancer cure.Thats not my invention. There is a patent for the electric cure for example.
You ever researched old newspapers ?You would see that the cure for cancer was celebrated world wide in the 30's where 98% of all cancer has been cured.
Of course ignorant people who are even unable to read these newspapers (new york times) as example will claim this is all bs without even having checked it.

And to your uneducated knowledge broccili is already being used today in the modern medecine in western europe but as powder to cure cancer.

I'm a vegan and I eat chicken. Chicken are like walking broccolis.

I moved towards a good diet and exercise regime and felt SO much better.

Then this week I moved house and had to fall back on fast food for a few days. I feel crap.

If you want performance, eat well and exercise.

I have to agree on the Balancing aspect. Just as how we like the "in between" of hot and cold we should find that same balance in nutrition. I still wouldn't opt to eat the standard red meat you buy at stores unless you are 100% sure it hasn't been altered or injected in any way. Still a personal choice however. I know there are some farm owners who have websites and sell in bulk which would be the best kind of meat you can get. Same with eggs and chicken. Free range and grass fed would have to be the best if you are conscious about what you let in your body.

I wish there was substantial evidence as to which lifestyle (in terms of nutrition) is proven to be most effective. I'm talking like FUTURISTIC advancements in knowing EXACTLY what we must do to prolong and heighten our health to new heights. Perhaps even the device used in Stark Trek that can find out what is wrong with a person in seconds. I guess we must find out and choose for ourselves. We're gonna die at some point regardless if we have eaten healthy or have eaten shit all our lives. But if we can live a longer life with less troubles and sickness then of course it will always be worth it. Regardless of the method/foods we choose to use for ourselves.

Absolutely. Organic meat is leagues better. There are 2 practical disadvantages though: It is hard to find in the big cities (how can you know it is really organic?) and price. Of course, for people on BHW price shouldn't be a problem (already or soon enough) but sourcing it can be a real issue. I hear that non-organic meat practically means you need to adjust your testosterone levels (for men) sooner than normally, so that's definitely something to watch for.

Maybe I should tell my three friends who have terminal cancer that they should eat more broccoli.

Smh some people.

I agree with balance, and also choosing what's right for you. I still eat way too many carbs. I know that. I need to find a balance with my carbs. We eat lots of fruits and veggies but maybe it's time I get a new blender and start throwing together some veggies and fruits so I can make smoothies and shakes.

I'm also using apple cider vinegar, bc it helps to cut down on my cravings and control my appetite. Honestly, since I've been using ACV, I think I've had maybe two servings of bread a day. That is down from 10, which is a major improvement. And 10 was on average. That's not counting the times I eat pizza, bc I can eat an entire pizza by myself.

I started taking ACV on Saturday. Here's hoping I can take it for the long run without any negative side effects. (My skin is sensitive to acid. I'm just waiting to break out so I can play connect the dots on my face.)

I'm trying guys. :| I admire everyone here who's got their diet together, whether you're vegan or not.

On a side note: lmao @ Skyrocket's post! After I saw lunch meat on his plate I was done.

I can relate to this very much!
In India, the sages and ancestors pledge by the quote, Food is medicine, medicine is food!
I am so happy you enjoy the vegan food!
All the best to you to proceed with this wholesome food! :)

Most people feel like crap from too much carbs/sugar. All of the studies pointing to meat being bad is with processed meat. Meat has many essential nutrients and protein is needed by the body to survive. And getting enough protein from beans/nuts/legumes is a joke. Most vegetarians I know are fat and/or look like AIDS patients. You feel better because you started eating cleaner not because you cut out meat.
