Tried a few AI live chat tools for small sites (just testing)

I’ve been trying out a few live chat tools for some small sites lately. Nothing serious, just testing different options since traffic is pretty low (only a few chats per day).

Used Tawk.to, Crisp, and also gave TWT Chat a try.

Free and easy to set up
Good enough for basic chat
UI feels a bit dated but works fine
Crisp
Clean, modern UI
Better suited if you’re working with a team
Free plan is quite limited
TWT Chat
Very quick setup (just embed a script)
Handles basic live chat without issues
Simple automation / FAQ replies included

Not a deep comparison, just sharing early impressions.
For very small sites, most of these tools feel a bit overkill unless you actually need team workflows or more advanced support setups.
At this stage I’m just looking for something lightweight that can handle basic visitor questions when I’m not around.
Still figuring out what works best long term.

for low traffic sites simple tools like Tawk.to or lightweight script-based chat is usually enough since advanced features don't get used much. crisp is better once you actually scale and need team workflows or automation
