I was doing my usual rounds and came across this site:

Code:

Doing a site: search will give you quite a few decent PR pages.

I can see that it's open to spam. I saw other blatant spam on there, registered quickly and tried to leave a comment in the same style as the other spammers, just like I do all the time but I got this, no matter what I tried:

"your comment has triggered the internal spam filter and will not be accepted"

:frusty:

If you can work out how to get a comment past the filter, let me know! There's other recent spam on there so it is possible.

Hey, did you figure out a way around this. I am getting this on about 3-4 high pr sites even though I am writing relevant comments with only 1 url, while others have spammed with 3 urls in a comment

try with a proxy.
Make sure your comment doesn't have any of these word/phrases. They mostly trigger anti-spam shits n mail servers (my personal experience):

Code:

I would say go away from the site. Come back later. Then, write 2 sentences as you comment with your link as the last word / words in the last sentence and don't use a full stop. Always preview first. If this doesn't work don't bother with a proxy. It's just not worth the time. Move on.

I must admit, as I've come on further in my comment spamming, this tends not to happen to me anymore on sites using the same comment management system - basically I think what happend was I tried to leave 3 links in one go, it triggered a filter, and then blacklisted my IP temporarily. It clearly is possible to drop links as spam is already present on these sites. Nowadays I just tend to leave one link per comment as I suspect that leaving too many in one comment will raise a red flag when google spiders the links.

If it won't accept, just move on and come back later only if its worth it.
