Anyone know of any tricks to try and remove youtube videos from the search results? I'm familiar with regular reputation management in terms of "pushing up good results"

However, I was wondering if anyone knew of any black hat tricks like flagging the video to get it pulled etc.? Thoughts?

If the video breaks the terms just flag it. If it does not break the terms it might prove difficult as it is on an authority site. Only thing you can do is try methods to outrank it.

I think the only way to do so is to mainly just flag the video from multiple accounts if the video is violating some form of ToS. It doesn't really have to be a huge issue, but I think enough flags would get the video at least reviewed.

I'm not entirely sure if negative SEO works on YouTube, I believe the YouTube ranking algorithm is more lenient with back-links. I'm pretty sure I've ranked videos before by accident from spamming a crap ton of shitty links so I can't be 100% positive on this.

ok... here..

my vid was ranking pretty behind with a competitors video. the competitor's vid has about 24 k views while mine was just a measely 2.6k + views. So I wanted to rank higher than him and did this stupid method.

I blasted my own vid using senuke for 30 days with the modified monty template. And after three weeks... I found that I just outranked my competitor's vid. Then a week after that.. My vid is no where to be found in the ranks of any keyword I was fighting for until this very day. :P

So the technique? Try it out. But be sure to test other people's video ranking well with other keywords that are not yours. To test if it either ranks up their vid or not and to keep you safe from being outranked in the same keywords as well. Test period should be about at least a month.

what about spamming shit views (LR or sent from ******* if possible)?

Why don't you just beat the competitor straight up without harming his video ?
The same people who start a thread asking about neg seo are the first ones to start a thread crying when it is done to them.

Agree with the above post. Neg SEO'n or flagging someones video is a douchebag move.
You have to have the morals of a parasite to do that type of shit.

I have some videos I've worked on for months to rank. If any piece of shit flagged any of my
videos, They'd be waging a war that would be guaranteed to fuck them in the ass. Because all
I'd do is stalk the SERPs for days, weeks, months, as long as it took. And the day I see a video
replace mine, I'm taking that entire account out.

Also, the only way it would make sense to wanna flag someones video, is if you were second
in rank. And that is a great way to make you a target. I know who all my competitors are. I
see who's trying to outrank me, and I stay ahead by building more backlinks faster. So if my
video gets flagged one day, and I see one of those idiots in my spot, guess who becomes the
new target?

On the other hand, if they outrank me by spamming links (which is what a smart person would
do imo), thats another story. And I'll let them have their ranks, cause they EARNED IT.

Whatever you do, don't assume you're gonna go around YT playing god, and flagging peoples
videos without bringing some serious negative attention to your own videos. And when it happens,
don't come on BHW crying cause people like me will laugh their fucking asses off.

According to his first post his intentions are reputation management and not competing with someone by using negative seo.
