Trick on Apps Store for Internet Marketing

Does anybody here have some ideas how to this trick in every game of the playstore.. its a video on youtube that you hacked a game in playstore.. i tried to find this trick in google.. but the result turns into different thing.. the reason why i want to do this trick is to make some extra money in internet marketing.. i hope there's someone who could help me here.. tnx in advance..
