This was how it worked before: by adding a card to your ad account and starting a campaign with a budget exceeding $500, your payment threshold would automatically rise to $75. However, this is no longer the case now.

That is, when you insert the card into your advertising account, the threshold will be $75. You run to the $75 threshold, then you explode, turn off camp. But I don't think this game will last :))

I don't know where you heard that information, but be careful with such seemingly lucrative baits. most likely a scam
 
Maybe it's a trick, when you know it means it's been made public, which means it's been fixed.
