No. Your visitor does An Offer(Usually Free) and You get a Commission. They can also get something your offering Free in Return for doing the offer

Yes I know what it is, I've bought stuff through them. I'm just curious does this count as a CPA company as you get paid per free trial sign up? Does anybody know how much you get per sign up?
