I would like to ask if someone have knowlege of how travel agency works , meaning how they win commisons when selling plane tickes or
reservation hotels for vacation vecation .

i want to open a Travel agency and i need your help .

This niche is too crowded but good profitable niche , when you know the right rates and right things.

you can become an affiliate of a travel agency. so you don't have to need a large capital. what you have to master is how to get traffic that can convert to sales

i assume you are opening your own travel agencies and not as affiliates. its a tedious task at the start, but rewarding. Im not sure about your country, but travel agency require licenses from government. or you might be able to do without it.
1. decide on a tour locations,
2. decide your size of your tour group
3. decide on your look for hotels, restaurant, flight. contact them for a group pricing.
4. partner with native shops earn comm from there.
5. calculate your cost, set a price for your tour and start selling.

just be aware that Expedia and Priceline own ALL of the other recognized travel platforms online
