Trashing someones name online.

beware, some women lie about this. my brother was a victim.

his girlfriend cheated on him with his friend and he dumped her cold turkey. he was so hurt he didn't answer her phone calls or anything. she tried to get back together with him, and when he said "hell no" she then went around to all of his friends and claimed that he raped her and pitched crazy fits with yelling, crying, etc.

the most screwed up thing is that he didn't do anything. he even did her homework for her all throughout college.

i also know a girl who was raped by an ex boyfriend. i knew she was telling the truth. just make double sure this girl isn't like my bro's gf before you act.

you don't need automation or spam, just make a bunch of web 2.0's with his name (use proxies)

Having his name trashed is much less than what he deserves, but physical violence isn't the answer either.

OP, did she go to the Police?

If she hasn't, then she needs to, as other women may be at risk.

If she has, then she needs to forget about this idea, as it could jeopardize any case against him.

The whole thing sounds very dodgy to me and anybody contemplating this should get all the facts first, as the consequences could be very serious.

Personally OP, if this is true, then you and your buddies should pay the bastard a visit and forget the online smear campaign.

Often times, victimizers chose victims because they know that they cannot go to the authorities for one reason or another. Getting law enforcement involved is rarely effective, and can have a lot of unintended fallout. Most women will do a google search of someone before they get involved with them. He isn't hanging out in the bushes pouncing on strangers, and he will get his eventually, but for now. It would be good if he has to stick his head in the sand.

The problem I see, is that a rapist is not going to be deterred by an online smear campaign.
Damaging his reputation won't protect anyone and would not be satisfactory justice for the victim.
She needs to go to the Police, if they don't take her seriously, then I can understand that she may want to try this but it probably won't accomplish much.

I think you are picturing a serial date-rapist or something. He has many despicable traits, he's also a thief, and a liar, all of these things are slightly subjective. Most people would find these versions to be socially unacceptable, but it's possible they may not be 'illegal' or at least 'proven without a doubt'. He's done time before, it doesn't bother him and I think he looks at it as an inevitable. This is more about shaming someone so that they think twice before they do a bunch of shady shit to people. I'm in no way asking for anything more severe than a company being slandered on rip off report. This is about trashing someone in the search engines so when someone googles their name, they get a clear picture of who this person is. No more, no less.

Before anymore (all very good by the way) hypothesis are posted here. Let me ask you a question. Do you think that there is a difference between raping a prostitute and raping a school teacher? If you do, then this topic isn't for you. Is stealing from someone that they feel has gotten everything for free, they feel you have nothing and society is to blame, is OK? Again, not for you.

I'm not going to delve into the sexual predator part too much, because it's second hand info from someone I trust but I dont want to speak for them. I will just give my opinion about what I know is fact.

It's hard to mete out punishment, who is really qualified to do that? Often the punishment is far too severe, or far too light to fit the crime. Rarely do we hear "they got just the right amount".

So, I think in this case, just telling the world about someone's behavior is enough to do what needs to be done. It's more of a public service, anyone can choose to ignore it, and who-knows, some fellow sociopaths may think its even cool to behave the way he does.

So i am not advocating that lies be spread, or accusations be made. The facts are pretty short, and they speak for themselves.

As far as libel and slander go, well if someone says something about you that is not true, and that causes you to lose future employment, then you have a lawsuit on your hands, but what if one of those things said is that this person is on permanent disability, living off state and federal taxes that we all pay, getting large prescriptions of addictive drugs every month to treat his disorder, but selling those pills to finance his lifestyle (luxury car, big screen tvs, etc.) because that's an example of one of his behaviors, that I, as a taxpayer find abhorrent. Besides, he cant be refused employment that he doesn't want because it would cancel his disability.

I absolutely sympathize with him for having a horrible disease, BUT, it's one thing to live in complete poverty, having to get by on the pittance you get from the government for being disabled, and in too much pain to go to work so you sell your state funded meds to feed your kids. It's another thing to have a touch of the disease, bounce at nightclubs, drive a lexus, and sell all your percodan and percocet every month to feed others addictions, then hit the casinos and wait for the next refill. If that person is using my tax money, to get pills to sell to a person that I would prefer was not a drug addict, it makes me feel like I am indirectly supplying those drugs.

Does this warrant demolishing his car? No - that would just get an insurance check, does it warrant going to the authorities? No, because they rarely do anything about it and he takes a couple before his doctor visit each month so they come up in his urine so aside from catching him in the act, there isn't much that can be done about it. Also, I don't ever use law enforcement as a weapon and I think drug penalties are way too harsh anyway. SO, if every time this persons name comes up in Google, this factoid pops up, well, the best way to prove it wrong is to stop doing it.

If a hooker goes to the cops and says that someone took advantage of her when she was high, do you think there will be a response?

I just think when his name or phone number is entered into a search engine, listings saying "Here's a few things you might want to know about Joe Schmoe before you a.) do business with him or get in the car with him." If he wants to respond and rebutt the allegations, by all means, he should.

If the truth hurts, then you aren't living right.

You understand the consequences, so I would say go for it if you feel that you need to do this. Although I should warn you, depending on the disability, this could backfire and make people commiserate his situation. People are credulous, so if they read something about a man with a disability being accused of antisocial behaviour without an accompanying picture or video, and he refutes your claims, it could be seen as, "(Insert severe disorder here) man bullied and harassed online". This could just exacerbate the issue, although I would still do it if it were worth the risk. Good luck, OP.

If you don't think physical violence will solve the problem, then how would you feel, if people took the law into their own hands and put this guy in hospital or killed him. If they then get arrested for hurting this guy and say they did it because of what they read on the internet and it is traced back to you, then you could face serious legal consequences.

Anybody, that carries out sexual violence against a woman, deserves the harshest justice and needs to be punished.

The guy sounds like a scum bag but sorry OP, this actually sounds like a personal vendetta, because what has his lifestyle got to do with anything.
Just because you don't like/approve of it, doesn't mean you have the right to destroy his name.
Did he rape a woman?
Or is this all bullshit and you have beef with somebody?

Why don't you go to the guy, and talk to him and tell him face to face, man to man, to adjust his behavior towards women?
Are you afraid to do this?
If you are, then this smear campaign is a pussy move on your part.

Sorry if this sounds hard OP, as I don't know how the law works in your country, yes many countries still have an outdated view on sexual offenses and treat victims appallingly, so part of me says OK do it if this is your last resort, BUT nearly every country take BENEFIT cheats seriously. They might not give a f#ck about a personal attack, but they will take Social Security Fraud seriously so you should report THAT to the authorities.

If you still want to do it then do it, but it isn't really fair to get anybody else involved.
It isn't hard to do, and I am sure you could do it yourself without too much difficulty.

Again, I do not oppose outing a Rapist but only if it is the last resort and the facts are proven.
I think this requires a lot of thought on your part and I urge you to use caution, before embarking on action that may have consequences for you and anybody that assists you.

Also OP, looking at your Signature, you provide Traffic for escort sites:

WCUWAuN

Are you actually trying to destroy the name of a competitor?

Disappointed the Mods didn't remove the thread.
Next we will have every clown claiming somebody has been raped and asking for help to destroy somebodies name or NEGSEO a site.

This type of thread is clearly not encouraged here, but the OP could have a genuine reason for asking for help regarding this. Maybe it's actually warranted.

Someone gets raped, so take it to a forum? Does not seem legit to me.

Yes Maybe, but then again maybe not.
How you do judge it?
Who makes the call that we have been provided with facts and that everything OP states is true?

Mob Justice and Vigilantism usually works out great doesn't it?

There are many ways but you should really give the whole thing a second thought, I mean, are you sure the person deserves to be named and shamed, what if they never committed the presumed offense?
