I like to promote a french and Portuguese offer , How do i change my landing page English Content to french or Portuguese language ?

You need to make geo redirect so when someone from france comes to your website it redicrects him to domain.com/fr which is your landng page translated to franch

I mean how do I translate my landing page to French , Google translator is not accurate ...

Find some on fiverr and look for a respected translator in the language you want. If you don't want is, use Google.
