[Translated Sites] Google Algo Update impact on translated foreign sites

Hi,

I just came across this site that seems to have copied content from several english sites (word for word) and translated into a local language.

It seems to have done ok with the recent google spam update . It's in a foreign language dutch, i believe.

it got hit by the product review update back in dec 1, 2021 then started climbing up the serp until may 2022 when it had a slight dent till jun 2022.
Since then, it's climbing the serp like there is no tomorrow.

Yes it's not 1M visitors a month but i could do anytime with 30k monthly traffic.
For sure many people can milk some $$$ out of that amount of traffic

What's your experience with translated sites in foreign languages? Have you noticed any decline in traffic?

i check now my translate web page. i am using translate for google adsense approve. there is an amazing things on search console data. at the last week there is a big action in the clicks. interesting :S
