No, Google (or any SE) has no way of telling if the article is (manually) translated or self-written, as long as it's not a duplicate.

so you could translate a whole german blog and google will think its unique??

google launched many algos this yr..So you shouldn't try out something which isn't normal..google will catch that in no time..So try writing by yourself..:)If you think you can cheat google you are wrong then..cause they are 99% better than what we are..what we think they think before us..what we do many others done that..So they know all about us..So WHO KNOWS that much we shouldn't try doing something freaky with him..:P

totally agreed with @SINBAD.....

if you think you can do blogging by just copy paste and traslate with free google translate then you are wrong......

there are millions and billions of peolpe in internet marketing evryone tries new method, not even single guru talked about it in my 5 years of career...

so its a bad idea ....

write unique posts and enjoy blogging

I scraped articles then run them through google translate... it now ranks pretty good for the keywords in that language

translate the article on a rotation, minimum 3 times and check grammar. no problem will create , i think.

You can do that, but you will face MAJOR grammatical problems, it's really not worth the trouble.
