Translate my website ok another domain

I own a WordPress website which work pretty well in english. It's AI generated.

I want to copy this website and translate everything to another language on another domain name.

The website have 8000+ posts.

What is the best way to do it please ?

I tried polylang and it need deepl to translate. It would be more than $1000 to translate my wesbite.
