I mainly focus French keyword, so my PNB and Web2.0 are both with french content.

I just found great article or content but in english can i just translate it and use it as unique content ?

Or will it affect my ranking or the value of my PNB/web2.0

You can translate. You need to modify the sentence( spin), or write in your style in French is good to ranking as unique content.
