Transform every similar word into links

Hello guys, Sorry to disturb you. I`m looking for a wordpress plugin that can transform all the words from a site into links... Let`s say the word champion,,, If I have this word into 15 different articles, I want to use a plugin to turn those words into links that direct to a certain page. This way I don`t need to edit every post by hand. Is there any good plugin that you know which does that?
