Here's the Visa beta program rollout plan:

Phase 1 - Live now: Visa virtual card with Apple Pay/Google Pay support

Order a free Visa virtual card
See your virtual card details right on your account
Freeze, replace or delete card details instantly to keep your account safe
Save time with automatic money conversions every time you spend
Enjoy the same low pricing as your physical card
Add your Visa virtual card to Apple or Google Pay
Pay in-store or online using Apple or Google Pay

Phase 2 - Late February: Physical Visa card
  • Order an extra Visa card
  • Add your physical Visa card to Apple or Google Pay
  • All the existing features you’re used to such as freezing, limits, and viewing card details will work seamlessly

I can add as each administrator/user of a business can have their own physical with that business. So Transferwise will be on top of Revolut soon.

Does the VCC come with sum money to verify Azure and Paypal without u needing to add money in it?
And how much VCC can u make wth 1 account?

I guess it's only for few supported countries :( because I can't order the regular ( debit card )

Check your mail - there is an invite link from them. That's the way I got included.

I highly doubt it, they won't hand out free money.

One by default. "Order a free Visa virtual card", but from the looks of it, you can replace it: "Freeze, replace or delete card detail..."

You will be able to have up to 3 cards with one account at once: a physical Mastercard, a physical Visa and a virtual Visa. Country restrictions will still apply.

Their debit card is not available everywhere. Most probably the additional physical and virtual card will have the same country limitation, so people from unsupported countries won't be able to participate in the beta. I assume, he didn't receive the mail about this either, if he's from an unsupported country.

Yeah, that's the case I talked with them in live chat and they said you can't join the beta testing because your country is not supported :)

I guess they are rolling out only for tier 1 countries right now, I have the physical card but didn't receive any invite
 
Beta program open to Transferwise borderless account holder only?
 
Nice to hear this news as im always for new virtual card providers.
 
Good to have a VISA virtual card. The Revolut one is a Mastercard

They should have given you the reason before having your account frozen right?
