One recommendation I can think of is getting a greendot account. Prepaid Visa/Mastercard. Linking it to your PayPal card. Then you can withdraw it to your accounts.

Think he is saying that his accounts are linked to accounts that have been banned in the past. He has a new account & is trying to figure a solution to getting the new money into the account.

walmartmoney card, register it online with your real info but choose the get a second card for 3 dollars options. Use your stealth name on the 2nd name
For billing address use the address on your stealth account
For shipping address use your real address so when they mail you the debit card it will come to your real address so you can use it
When the replacement cards come in the mail after a few days with the names on the cards, it will have a checking account number
register the checking info into paypal
withdraw to bank account, stay under 500 dollars per withdraw to avoid automated reviews
pull out of atm with walmart card
