Which hosting services are easiest to transfer with if you decide to cancel services? I know many companies make it quite difficult on their former customers when they decide to leave for a competitor. What companies have the best reputation in this regard?

Use any company that’s using cPanel as a control panel.

You can easily generate a full backup and have it automatically restored by any other hosting company that’s using cPanel (most are).

I think most of the company use cPanel control panel. From cPanel, you can generate full cPanel backup.

For newbies, any hosting which has cpanel. For pros, any hosting that allows ssh access.
