Transfered Site into multiple subdomains

Recently, my money site was hacked and the entirety of my wp-content folder (which holds themes, photos, etc.) was deleted.

This site is growing hugely, and in many directions, so I decided to split the whole thing up into 5 different subdomains.

I was wondering what the best way to transfer as much SEO authority from the root domain, to the subdomains, is.

Any ideas? Thanks!
