Transfer XRumer license to another machine?

How do I transfer the license to another machine.
Should I just install it on another machine, or must I contact support for transfer?
Because right now it is binded to a VPS.
I remember several years ago, there was some kind of waiting period of one day if i'm not mistaken.
I can't find the XRumer doc, their website is a bit counter-intuitive.

I got a response from support.

You need to delete XRumer and XEvil folder from one PC.
and install them on another PC.
