Transfer wordpress website to a new theme (divi to astra pro)

I am after a wordpress website buildier to convert my https://www.melbournepropertyvaluation.com.au/ which uses Divi to a new theme (Astra Pro). All design and layouts etc are to remain the same (or at least very similar), it's simply a case of creating a copy of the existing website on a new theme and ensuring it looks and works well. Google pagespeed is very important, along with ensuring all metadata, google analytics etc is set up correctly. Please provide quote, timeframe and examples of work. I am only interested in a high quality result, onging work for the right person.
