Transfer money to debit card

I has around $120 in my moneybookers account and I want to transfer them to my debit Master Card

Problem -> MB says I can't use my Dc because it's from USA (I'm from Tunisia), they mean I can only use Tunisia DC (which don't exist).

So here I want to load my card... (it's a payonner Master Card)

i have the same problem. anyother suggestions? because paypal wont deposit money onto a reloadable prepaid debit card

get epass, then exchange mb 4 epass, get epass visa atm card, viola

it's a little bit expensive, but still a ver good solution

In my opinion try to transfer your money by using a US IP. Hope your problem will be solved.
