Yes try xoom.com
It has bank to bank
Visa To bank
Mastercard to Bank
Visa/Master To Check
Visa/Master TO Cash Pickup
Bank To cash pickup

let me give a try with xoom..

How is the conversion rate with them and any other service charges ?

yeah xoom, great conversion rates, better than bank, but they have a 3k per day limit. so if you have mor than 3k to transfer you need to do it over several days

Guys, just to be sure .. this is a truseted company right .. coz i need to enter my account details now..

Shall i go ahead ?

Just entered all details and it says it under process.

Lets see how it goes..

No need to worry. Many people are being using xoom and are satisfied.
Your transaction goes smoothly without any problem.

i think the first time they will call you to verify. esp if you are from india and initiated the transfer with an indian ip they will certainly cal, but once verified you can trasnfer as many times as you want.

they didnt call yet.. but asked for docs and i did send over

It will go fine Joe. Xoom has been there for many years and although I haven't used it I've seen it get really good reviews at various forums. Also, its supposed to be much cheaper than the other famous money transfer company - Western Union

Hi There ..

Xoom is far better than paypal ... send it as check .. it's easier to get it transferred ... Cuz there is only one bank dealing with them and their not that prominent.

Moneybookers / Moneygram is Ok .. though I found the latter's conversion to be poorer than paypal!!

WU is good but costly.

Hope it helps.

Regards

I have used Xoom and iKobo and have been pretty happy with both. For large amounts, I use MoneyGram.
