If we compare between blogger and wordpress template i think wordpress template is better and much bigger than blgoger. If you search on google maybe you will find template that with wordpress format that same style with blogger. For professional i think also wp better than blogger . So still think use blogger template?

I could be wrong, (haha..) but I have never seen anything that would convert a blogger theme to wordpress. They are 2 completely different platforms.
You can however, import your posts and content from a blogger blog to a wordpress blog, and I am sure that you can find or customize a wordpress template to look almost identical, or better than your current blogger template.
